The NIC@University of Heidelberg has a strong emphasis on live imaging techniques and almost all microscopy setups are equipped with incubation and CO2. Automated high precision xy table combined with a hardware focus (Nikon Ti) allows for paralleled acquisition of many points in a well and/ or multiple wells.
